About Me

Juli Santacruz is a multifaceted artist whose work covers percussion, performance, sound art, and music education. Based in Bern, Switzerland, Juli holds a Master’s degree in Percussion Performance from the University of the Arts Bern HKB, graduating with honors, and a second Master’s degree in Contemporary Artistic Practice with a focus on Sound Arts (CAP) from the same institution.

Juli’s artistic practice is deeply connected to essential themes such as politics, gender, and feminism, which she explores through new music, improvisation, experimentation, and musical theater.
Juli actively creates, researches, and collaborates in the field of electroacoustic music, contributing to various innovative collectives and projects, including Foyer 41, XYZ, OHR, and Delay-diz.
